Synergy's Approach

In 2001, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) joined forces to create the Blending Initiative to reduce the gap between the publication of research results and their impact on treatment delivery. Myriad print and web-based products needed their own unique brand as a component of this collaboration. NIDA selected Synergy to support the development and production of print and Web-based products for the NIDA/SAMHSA Blending Initiative—work that combines subject matter expertise in substance use treatment and related issues with capabilities in graphic design and publications development.
