Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Training Program (NTP)

Overview

Synergy provides comprehensive support to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Training Program (NTP). NTP develops training services and materials to help its partners and the public better understand CMS programs. This helps CMS educate and counsel Medicare beneficiaries, health care professionals, caregivers, and the general public about how to make informed health care decisions. Synergy provides logistical support for in-person workshops and technical support for virtual webinars. Our services include scripting, storyboarding, and producing instructional videos, e-learning courses, workbooks, podcasts, FAQs, fact sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and resource guides. Synergy’s writers, editors, graphic designers, instructional designers, and Section 508 compliance specialists incorporate custom and client-specific design and style elements for print and digital publications and create Section 508–compliant training materials. We incorporate each client’s editorial guidelines—along with best practices in instructional design and plain language—to produce materials that are clear, concise, comprehensive, and error-free.
